When I was on my model. Today I have an additional toolbar, which does not need or want. This is a toolbar that removed an arrow W / "protection bar": "She has the pop-up ads": "Scan for spyware protection anti-spam and security testing. I never before, and I now no more. How can I rid of it?

You can use the System Restore and return several days. However, you could "re-infected" shortly after.
You need an anti-spyware on your computer. I recommend you go to get http://www.download.com and Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy. To install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.
This double whammy will help you stay safe and run faster
